Executive Recruiter Purpose:
•To search, identify/recruit and match qualified candidates for client-employer search assignments in an urgent, professional and efficient matter. • To make sales presentations of top recruited candidates to potential employers for interviews and make a sales placement. • To develop client accounts and establish a reputation as being the preferred recruiting source in your marketplace.
Recruiter Job Description: • Sourcing directly into companies to identify whom their talent-teams and management teams are comprised of. • Recruit the “best of the best” and develop a controlled recruiter/candidate relationship. • Contact potential candidates from in-house files; call lists, resumes and directories. • Generate leads though recruited candidates, referrals and sourcing contacts. • Identify top-talented candidates for MPC (Most Placeable Candidate) marketing projects. • Develop a marketing plan to market top-talented candidates to future client-employers. • Engage potential client-employers on the benefits of utilizing The Perkins Group services. • Being successful at reaching the “Key” decision makers and “Champions” within hiring organizations to make candidate and or company presentations. • Overcome candidate/company rejections by employing professional search and recruitment industry “Rebuttals”. • Explain search fees and terms with potential client-employers. • Pre-close and negotiate with candidates on all job offers. • Guide companies and candidates through new employment transition. • Follow-up with client-employers and employees to ensure satisfaction with The Perkins Group services and ASK for repeat business and referrals.
